Cruise

March 30 – April 6, 2025

• Fort Lauderdale, Florida
• Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic
• Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
• Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Dear Friends,

We have been holding Abraham workshops for decades around the world and I feel huge appreciation to you for co-creating with us. The “Cruise” workshops are especially wonderful for two powerful reasons. (1) We have so many hours together with Abraham during a relatively short period of time which means we have even richer, deeper discussions with Abraham that often result in powerful moments for all of us. (2) These ships take us to amazing places on beautiful oceans upon spectacular ocean vessels to see things that most of us would not have such opportunities to see. And on a ship — we do all of that with such ease. And when we return home, we are truly enlightened and refreshed.

And so, March 30 thru April 6 of 2025 we will board the Celebrity Ascent (of the Edge Series) which received a 4-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide. It is a new ship, and it is magnificent. We have 3 days at sea during which we will have many hours of delicious conversation with Abraham — and look at these ports of call. How can it be better than this? The best shops EVER (not kidding) and the most beautiful waters to play in. This was where I first learned to snorkel. At first Jerry could not get me to get into the water — and then, he could not get me to get out of the water. I loved the warm, clear water and all those beautiful fish so much.

If it works out for you, it would be so nice to experience all of this with you.

Our love,
Esther
(and Abraham and Jerry)

Ports of Call and
Cruising Highlights

Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Prior to embarking on the ship or when you return, take time to visit Fort Lauderdale. This area is famous for its beaches, arts, culture, and events: from shopping on Las Olas Boulevard, to gondola rides on the canals, to a historic riverfront. Just two miles north of Port Everglades, you can experience Fort Lauderdale’s landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and brick-paved path. Enjoy dining on Las Olas Boulevard or the historical districts and visit the mansions and yachts dotting Millionaires Row. Another fun adventure is to the Everglades for an exhilarating air boat excursion.

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

Puerto Plata was inhabited by the Taino people for centuries before Christopher Columbus arrived and founded the city in the early 1500s. By the 20th century, Puerto Plata had emerged as the Dominican Republic’s main tourism hub. You can paddle through a manatee reserve or zipline over treetops. Go for a swim at the awe-inspiring 27 Waterfalls complex. Hike through the lush, protected jungle of El Choco National Park, enjoying the park’s two lagoons. Swim with dolphins at World Ocean, the largest manmade dolphin habitat in the world, or grab a kayak and head out on the water at Manatee Reserve. Nature, adventure, history – Puerto Plata has it all.

Roseau, Dominica coastal city

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

Charlotte Amalie is the enchanting capital of St. Thomas that has attracted pirates and sailors the world over for centuries. The island enjoys a fascinating fusion of Danish, French, Spaniard, West African and Carib influences. For a nice overview of the island’s history head to Fort Christian Museum. Built as a military fort by the Dutch in 1680, this historic landmark features exhibits chronicling the history of the Virgin Islands from the Stone Age to the present, as well as natural history collections, and an art gallery. Experience the beauty of St. Thomas beaches at Magens Bay, or snorkel in the turquoise Caribbean Sea where you’ll come up close to corals, sponges, and schools of colorful tropical fish.  While the beaches and ocean are beautiful, there is one thing that really sets St. Thomas apart – shopping!  Browse through the shop-lined streets of the capital city and shop for duty-free trinkets and bargains on everything from liquor to imported china and crystal.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

Philipsburg combines its historical legacy with 20th century excitement. A dash of Paris, a splash of Holland, and Caribbean essence make this little island a blend of pure paradise. St. Maarten’s beaches are among the region’s most breathtaking. Shared by the French and Dutch for over 350 years, it’s like visiting two islands in one with both retaining their culture and heritage. In their respective capitals—Marigot and Philipsburg—there are ancient stone forts and candy-colored buildings lining winding streets.  St. Maarten features some of the best shopping buys in the Caribbean with luxury shops and cosmopolitan boutiques on the French side. Sidewalk cafes, open air markets, and beautiful white sand beaches lined with coconut palms await you in St. Maarten.
