I cannot think of anything better than getting on a ship with so many students and teachers of Abraham; sailing across the deep blue sea; and experiencing many hours together with Abraham in the ship’s wonderful theater, and then arriving in this glorious paradise to discover and explore and enjoy island after island. We are living a wonderful life my friends.

West Coast architecture – modernism with a woodsy bent – emerged here. North of town, ride the scenic Sea to Sky Highway along the coast and through the forest toward Whistler, 2,200 feet above sea level. On your way, behold lofty Shannon Falls and brave the heart-pounding Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge.

Hilo, Hawaii

This is the flowery side of the Big Island of Hawaii, where the lush countryside is painted vivid with glossy red anthuriums and orchids bloom in every color and can be seen at the acclaimed Queen Liliuokalani Gardens. Or head to Volcanoes National Park where you may view the lava flows of Kilauea, home of Pele, hot-headed goddess of fire.

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

This was once the seat of power from which the great King Kamehameha ruled his island empire. Located on the picturesque Kona Coast, where some of the world’s best coffee is harvested, Kailua-Kona is close to the marine sanctuary of Kealakekua Bay. This snorkeling haven is also home to the Captain Cook Monument.

Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii

This island has the classic Hawaiian allure: pineapple plantations, surfing beaches, hula shows and luaus. Reflective moments await too at the Arizona Memorial commemorating Pearl Harbor, the silhouette of Diamond Head at sunset and the blue surf gently scrubbing the days’ tracks on Waikiki Beach. Honolulu also offers some wonderful cultural sites such as the Bishop Museum, the premier natural and cultural institution in the Pacific. You can also visit the Honolulu Museum of Art and the amazing Iolani Palace, the only official state residence of royalty in the U.S. Its grounds and galleries are now open to the public as a museum.
