Abraham-Hicks Law of Attraction
Australia / New Zealand Cruise

October 28 – November 9, 2020

Sydney, Australia   •   Hobart, Tasmania
Cruising Milford Sound, Doubtful Sound, and Dusky Sound – New Zealand
Dunedin, Akaroa, Wellington, and Picton – New Zealand

Dear Friends,

I am so happy thinking about this cruise to New Zealand where we will get to experience, together, the incredible, pristine beauty of New Zealand’s South Island fjords, stopping in four charming ports. We will be experiencing one of the most spectacular places on this earth! And we will also see the port of Hobart, Tasmania.

I think that traveling on these spectacular ships is the VERY BEST way to see this planet for SO MANY reasons: The ships are glorious, we unpack just once, we wake up over and over in another wonderful place. AND we get to play with each other, AND experience the clarity and love of Abraham as we have lots of hours together in the ship’s theater.

The convergence of so much planetary beauty, so much tender care from the crew on the ship, so much attention to our well-being from the amazing ship captain and his crew of excellence, so many rendezvous with each other, and co-creating at its best with Abraham—will re-set our points of attraction, for sure!

I am in love with life,
and with you,

Esther
(and Abraham and Jerry)

12 Night Cruise Itinerary Celebrity Cruises –Solstice

Celebrity Cruises has been voted “the World’s Best Large Ship Cruise Line” by the readers of Condé Nast Traveler.

Ports of Call and
Cruising Highlights

Sydney, Australia

Sydney is one of the most epic cities in the world, located right on a large and picturesque harbor with a stunning skyline. The city offers a combination of cosmopolitan experiences, thrilling architecture, scenic parks and ports, and a close proximity to some of Australia’s best beaches. You’ll find a local population that is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. Sydney is one of the world’s top travel destinations, offering Aussie hospitality combined with spectacular attractions — from its dramatic harbor and modern city center, to its protected coves, miles of beautiful beaches, and the spectacular Blue Mountains. The city’s most popular tourist attraction, the Opera House, is actually a complex of theaters and halls and its unique design is considered a wonder of the modern world.

Hobart, Tasmania

Tasmania is the gorgeous island state of Australia, located south of the mainland and surrounded by the deep blue Pacific Ocean. Tasmania sometimes seems like another world, with an interesting history as an old penal colony and a timber station, along with its massive national park reserves. It’s an island rich in culture and nature and Hobart is at the heart of it all. This is Australia’s second oldest city, settled just 16 years after Sydney and is the state capital of Tasmania. Hobart combines colonial character with a metropolitan lifestyle and is the gateway to Tasmania’s other scenic attractions. Explore the historic core at the colonial village of Battery Point, the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, as well as Theatre Royal, the country’s oldest theater. You will find much of the city’s heritage centered on the waterfront.

Milford Sound, New Zealand

As we sail into the narrow fjords of the Milford Sound, even our massive ship seems to shrink in comparison to the towering cliffs topped by lush mountain terrain. Situated within Fiordland National Park, this natural wonder is part of a World Heritage Site and is protected by its natural geography which makes it a haven for all types of wildlife. Milford Sound was formed by a process of glaciation over millions of years. The sound is surrounded by sheer rock faces that rise 3,900 feet or more on either side. Many times throughout the year, temporary waterfalls can be seen running down the steep sided rock faces that line the fiord. They are fed by rainwater drenched moss and will last a few days.

Doubtful Sound, New Zealand

At 25 miles long, Doubtful Sound is the second longest, and with a depth of up to 1,381 feet is the deepest of the South Island’s fiords. Doubtful Sound lies deep within the Fiordland National Park, about 31 miles from the nearest inhabited place, and is surrounded by mountainous terrain with peaks typically reaching 4,300–5,200 feet. Along the coast, there are no settlements for about 120 miles in either direction. As cold mountain water cascades from the cliffs above Doubtful Sound, it creates an unusual phenomenon – a dual-layered marine ecosystem of fresh and saltwater. This serves as a playground for a number of species, including fur seals and two types of penguins – the Fiordland crested and blue penguin – and even large whales.

Dusky Sound, New Zealand

Steep cliffs that have been carved over centuries by dozens of waterfalls surround the largest and most complex of the many fiords along the New Zealand coast. Dusky Sound, named by Captain Cook in 1770, is 24 miles in length and almost 5 miles wide at its widest point. It’s also a wildlife paradise, with seals and dolphins patrolling the water, with an occasional visit by whales. Dusky Sound has been identified as an Important Bird Area by Bird Life International because it is a breeding site for Fiordland penguins. Birds like broad billed prions, mottled petrels and sooty shearwaters can be seen floating on the overhead thermals.

Dunedin, New Zealand

Dunedin is the second-largest city on New Zealand’s South Island. It is located on the southeast coast of the country and serves as the region’s principal city. Visitors will find a stunning, energetic city center situated at the end of a long inlet. As our ship pulls into port you can admire the extinct volcano, Mount Cargill. Scotland, gold, and literature all play a part in the history of Dunedin. It was originally settled by Scottish immigrants escaping religious pressure, and the name Dunedin is even derived from the word for Edinburgh in Scottish Gaelic. After gold was discovered in the area in 1890, the population of Dunedin exploded and it became the richest city in New Zealand. It is the home of the University of Otago, which has a focus on research and education, and the city is even designated as a UNESCO City of Literature.

Akaroa, New Zealand

Located on New Zealand’s lush and wilderness-saturated South Island, Akaroa is a charming town located less than 50 miles from the South Island’s largest city of Christchurch. Akaroa puts you right into the middle of all the adventures you can have on the South Island, whether you choose to spend your day in Christchurch or head out into nature. Akaroa has a rich history that largely consists of French and British colonialism from when the town was originally settled. You can still see remnants of that time, thanks to its colonial architecture and museums and galleries that highlight that era. The culture in Akaroa is heavily focused on the outdoors. Maori culture is also prevalent in Akaroa. The Maori are an indigenous people of New Zealand, and their ancestors are still heavily involved in keeping Maori culture and traditions alive. In fact, the word Akaroa actually means “long harbor” in the Maori language. The town’s homes and buildings dot the green hillside accented with pine trees that curve around a peaceful, picturesque harbor. It’s just one of the many beautiful ports you’ll experience in New Zealand.

Wellington, New Zealand

Wellington has made many best-of lists recently from places like Lonely Planet, who tout this capital as one of the world’s most livable cities. But Wellington is also a great destination for travelers visiting for its abundant nature, and informative & quirky museums. It has a burgeoning film industry that makes for exciting tours of far away, fictional lands. Start your day in nature at its Botanical Garden or at the protected animal sanctuary, just two special attractions that highlight New Zealand’s commitment to green space and animal wellness. Learn the history of the Maori at Te Papa, New Zealand’s national museum, or hike the walking trails to the top of Mount Victoria, where the overlook offers a seaside and cityscape view that’s quite incredible. Wellington takes its name from Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington and victor of the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Explore the many museums, art galleries and theatre shows that make up the city’s pulsing cultural scene. Wellington is a delightful, walkable city, and the way that locals care about their city will certainly be evident.

Picton, New Zealand

A charming seaside town at the head of Queen Charlotte Sound, Picton was settled by early 19th century whalers. Today, it is a bustling seaport surrounded by award-winning restaurants, delightful local art galleries, water sport activities plus beautiful nature trails. Take an adventurous hike along the famous Queen Charlotte track and experience the photogenic flora and unique fauna. Since the climate of Picton is always temperate, you can take in stunning costal views, mystical waterfalls and diverse wildlife. The area is a hidden gem for international travelers. Beautiful scenery in the Marlborough Sounds and views of the New Zealand countryside make the area particularly memorable. Explore Pollard Park for a leisurely stroll or stop at the Aquarium to see rescued and protected species during a tour of the wildlife rehabilitation center. On your cruise you’ll be endlessly surprised by its emerging foodie and café scene, outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking, and beautiful water and mountain views. The area is famous for its wineries, so you can enjoy vineyard tours and tastings while visiting this quaint port.
